MD 2.0 - How to access Practices in the latest update?

We're starting to refine how to navigate content in our preparation to adding a lot more premium content. Sorry for any confusion in the process as we move things around to get things right.

If your favorite track is missing from the practice section you most likely will be able to find it following the direction below. 

  • Open Mindfulness Daily
  • Tap on EXPLORE icon bottom right on homescreen
  • Tap the big blue rectangle titled Mindfulness Daily 21 Days (not the one in the CURRENT section but below that)
  • Tap Practices
  • Select Extended Body Scan
