Reminders: Personalizing Reminders (turn up/down/off)

You can absolutely turn up/down, or completely off, the reminders. Each individual is different and we've made controls to allow people to tune reminders to what works best for their own unique selves.
  • Login to the Mindful [+] app > you’ll be taken to the MindfulnessDaily “Home” screen.
  • In the upper left corner of the home screen, tap the blue three-line icon to enter the More section.
  • Tap the “Reminders” button to be taken to the main Reminders screen.
  • Select each reminder type - Morning, Check-In, Pause, Night Reflection and/or Performance - to personalize times and/or frequencies.
  • You can also set the “Reminder Volume” to Soft, Medium, or Loud at the bottom of the main Reminders screen.
