Thank you for the feedback, this is an issue that we are working on and hope to get in the next release or two. It required us to rework how we did a few things in the app before we could do it with a clean solution. Coming soon! (Note: you can access missed notifications via your iphone/ipad/itouch’s Notification Center. Here is one link that talks about how the Notification Center works: http://www.imore.com/how-use-notification-center ) Please contact us again if you have questions in the meantime :-)

@Em - You've identified an area of the app we're working on. That is how notifications show up in it. We'll be resolving that in the next release or two most likely.

In the meantime, you can always access what is currently the "Morning Reflection" by pressing on the "Let's Begin" button. In the future, we'll be evolving how this works so stay tuned and please reach out if you have any questions.

Also, if you ever miss the Night Reflection, you can access that by:
    - Tap on the three line icon on the upper left corner of the app's homescreen
    - Tap on Night Reflection

You can use this anytime and as many times as you like.

If you have any feedback on how these are working for you now, or how you'd like to see them better fit your day and thinking, please let us know as we continue to fine tune how we do this as well as how each user can personalize it to better fit their preferences and daily life :-)

We have limited resources currently and have had to focus on one version of apple’s iOS operating system (iOS7). In past apps we tried to support more than one and ended up with performance issues that caused more problems then we were able to support. Hopefully we’ll be able to support multiple versions of iOS but we’re not sure when that might be, and instead are focused on refining the core experience of the app and incorporating user feedback. Again, thanks for the kind words on the app on your ipad.

The bug that was crashing ios7+ has been fixed for all devices.

If your app crashes, please reach out again with device type, what version of the app you are using and what you were doing at the time of crash. That will help us find and kill the bug like we did with the previous one. Thanks, user support is really important to us as it helps us know when issues arise and resolve them quicker/ly!

For the user who asked to stop reminders, here is a response and quick directions on how to stop reminders:

You can absolutely turn down, or completely off, the reminders. Everyone is different in terms of what is helpful to them in establishing the new habit and we've made controls to allow people to tune reminders to what works best for their unique selves.

I've included the directions below. Please feel free to reach back out to us if you have any questions with the instructions or additional questions and/or feedback.

    Have a great day!

    Warmly,

    Walter
    cofounder + ceo

    HOW TO PERSONALIZE REMINDERS
    - Open up Mindfulness Daily by tapping on its icon (+)
    - Go to the more section by tapping on the 3 line icon on upper left corner of the Mindfulness Daily homescreen (same screen as "let's begin")
    - Tap on '+ Reminders' button
    - Select each reminder type by tapping each one to personalize times, frequencies and/or turn off completely

We're very sorry for not being able to support your iphone.

The issue is that 3GS's are not able to upgrade to iOS7. We really, really wanted to support previous iOS's for this reason but could not responsibly do so as there are many things that can go wrong. On a previous app we had many issues with performance on older devices running older iOS's.

We hope to be able to support them at some point when we have more resources but we don't have any date planned.

Great idea! We’ve been doing the groundwork to enable this feature (deep linking, tagging, etc) :-) If you have any feedback on how you’d like this feature or what your favorite pause videos are, we’d love to hear more about your experience with them in the meantime! Thanks for reaching out, contributing your ideas and for using the app :-)

Thank you all, including Seanan and Daniella ... we're listening closely. We're currently testing a new feature that allows you to remove specific pause videos, like the baby, out of your rotation, and it will go live in the next release. We really appreciate you taking the time to share with us your experience of Mindfulness Daily, and we continue to endeavor to allow people to increasingly tune it to their personal preferences. Please continue to let us know what you like, what you don't, what would be helpful and where we may need to apply fixes (e.g., grammar, wording, etc).

Thanks for the heads up! We have A LOT of details in each release and it helps us a lot when users point out things we’ve missed. This will be corrected in the next release most likely, if not the one after since we’re in the final stages of this release. Personally, we get frustrated with the cognitive conflict when we see one pause video with a wrong title … thanks again for bearing with us on it and helping us remove these from the experience of Mindfulness Daily :-)

Thanks for the feedback! We’ve added the text box to the latest release that is now live in iTunes and continue to think through which emotions are listed and how to minimize input with ideas like the one suggested on Jan 31th … thanks again, please keep suggestions coming :-)

That's a great idea, we'll add that to our next design session for discussion. Two of our goals is to minimize how much input is required and to have the app increasingly become personalized through use. This is definitely one way to get closer to those goals. Thanks again for reaching out, please continue to give feedback, comments and questions ... it helps is greatly guide our attention and is deeply appreciated :-)

Thanks for the feedback. We've been trying to find a good way to address this. A text box is one of them :-)
