    Great feedback! We totally agree. We’re not sure yet of the timeline but we’re in the process of figuring out the technical and content hurdles to add more varied audio for nightly reflections and elsewhere in the ap. Please feel free to give us more feedback on what you liked about it, what you didn’t and what we should add :-))

    Just mentioning Belleruth Naparstek-her audios & books quite excellent tho Difft style.

    Back to voices, I'm very happy with present one. If have to have variety, I highly recommend Stin Hanson's voice.

    Excellent idea! We hope to add this type of stats/graph functionality in the future. The checkin feature (accessed in the more section, and checkin specific reminders) was our attempt to do the first half of this. Please continue to share with us more on any specifics you’d like to see or how you might use this type of feature.

    Part of beauty of this app is it's simplicity. I'm getting nervous re adding all these bells and whistles, so to speak. My Mood Tracker by Aspyre is an excellent more detailed way to log moods/levels they the day. AND he's a really nice guy!

    Although the voice in our app is a real person, I understand completely what you mean. For some it is really nice, others it is too robotic. We hope to be adding more voices and settings in the future but are not yet sure when we’ll be able to launch this. Please keep in touch and we hope we can add a voice(s) that really works for you. In the meantime, one app you may want to try, which has a few great voices and a really cool creator is Buddhify 2. The nicest voice in my opinion, and that of many others I’ve been told, is actually the creator’s wife’s voice. Let me know you think and please give additional feedback or ideas if you think it will help our efforts expanding voice options :-)

    I love her & her voice! Am scared it will get "messed up" like Calm did with new voice that stresses me out! ;-)

    (Also in Buddihfy 2-I & a friend really only like the British (?) guys voice! Must not be easy to please most people with such varying tastes & triggers, Walter! Good luck to you!!

    I'm not a fan of the Lovingkindness Meditations. I do love longer versions of Body Scan, Present Moment Awareness & Breathing.

    Would love Lesson re creating Sanctuary &/or extended meditation on it!

    Also perhaps a Nurturing Parent/Friend meditation to a younger part of self!

    AND a self acceptance/unconditional self love extended meditation. That's my menu for now! Thank you so very much!-Hortense

    I'm happy to get multiple pauses/checkins, especially if it's a challenging day! The only frustration is when they arrive 2 within same 1/2 hr/hour. Thanks so much!

    Can you please try to see if the directions found at the link below fixes the issue?

    The feature we hope to add ASAP is to have reminders/notifications show up in the Lifelog for people who don’t want their reminders to show on their locked screen for privacy reasons.

    This is not an easy feature given how we developed the reminders functionality so it is taking us longer than we have hoped.

    We’ll be doing a crowdfunding to see if we can raise money from people using the app daily to build out requested features like this one.

    It's fine that it shows on locked screen.
    With regular Mindful, I can pull down notifications & do whatever I missed. With Therapy, tho listed on lock screen, they are NOT on notifications pull down so I keep missing the Lesson (anywhere else to access?) as well as pauses & checkins. Would love this fixed, please!

    Great idea! We’d love to add this when we have the time/resources to do it. For what its worth, it currently starts the day over at 3 am local time. We’re sorry for the “demotivation”, we completely understand and will aim to address this asap.

    We have wanted to add multi-sync but have not yet had time to deal with the complexities that offline use of the app creates relating to syncing across devices. We hope to slowly introduce this functionality as we agree it is a good feature to have that we ourselves would like to use too :-)) … in the meantime, we did add the ability to back up your account and to make a copy of it on another device (e.g., if you want to switch devices). You can find this by going to the Menu (tap 3 line icon in upper left of main page), Tapping on Help from the menu buttons, Tapping Backup Data. Then you’d need to carefully follow the directions as it is easy to override newer data with older backups if you are not careful. We hope to improve this process asap. Any feedback on this…

    You may want to check in with maker of MyMood App at Aspyre. He does a GREAT job re syncing. Plus his excellent mood tracker could be a great adjunct to your app as some people are requesting more mood tracking. U can tell him Hortense from the WHouse sent u.;-) have been with him since 1st version of his exceptional app. Think you two could make beautiful music together! ;-)!

    Thank you for reporting this, we totally agree. It is our understanding that this occurs on some devices when the screen is oriented in a particular way. And that on those devices if you turn the screen around 90 degrees it provides a short term fix. We hope this fix this for all devices and orientations. In the meantime, if you can confirm that at least one orientation works that’d be greatly appreciated.

    Awesome idea, we’ve added this to our design discussions. Thank you for your patience. I’m not sure when this will be introduced, but I’m sure it will at some point when we figure out how to do it right. Love it!

    Can use Bloom/Mindbloom for that. Let's keep this simple-you offer a wide variety of background pix-there's something's for everyone IMHO.

    The speed of the breathing pattern is something we continue to experiment with so that we can match it to each user’s preference and/or context. We get feedback that it is too fast, too slow and also just right. Kinda like the 3 bears! We’re aiming to be just right for each person … which means adding the ability to speed it up or slow it down based on personal preference and context. If you can tell us how fast your inhales and exhales are, that’d help! And if you think it is different given context, or goal, please include that as well. We think we have a long ways to go to add the features and content needed to really nail this as a personalize experience, and people kindly sharing their personal experience and preference with us helps us get there sooner and more attuned :-)

    Hope it's clean and simple like rest of app if u do add it. For people who want to adjust and vary breathing times there's Relax2Breathe. Wait I think it's Breathe2Relax. Does just this-variable breathing times. I like mindful

    In the meantime users can try Bloom or Mindbloom which does exactly that: customized brief videos some at wellness. One can use their images/music and/or one's own.

    I prefer this to be entirely separate. I have high stress life as it is and part of what I love and need about the app is no performance pressure. Whether cause I'm sidelined for months due to injury, dealing with highly uncooperative people or circumstances, the app as is really helps me deal with frustrations and not beating self up fo what didn get done. THATS what I've needed reinforced and that how-to re acceptance is a tremendous gift! Thank you!

    I prefer it as is. Some of us work nights/have varying schedules and as is allows me to begin my day whether at 1300 or 2100!

    Thanks for the kind words and input. We’d love to support better sync but we’re not sure when we’ll be able to launch this given we’re a small team. Please note that one work around is to go to the more section (3 lines icon upper left corner), tap on “Help” and then tap on “Lock / Unlock Days”. Then select a day and just fast forward through them. You can catch up where you are then. It is not ideal but one way to do it … thanks for your patience and support :-)

    I used to want the syncing feature. Now that I've very very gratefully been using the app for several months, I find I like the variety of wherever I may be on different devices. It was just the learning/adjustment period that caused me to initially think I needed sync.

    The only sync that I would still like is that of the notes I make. For now I copy and paste into Day One which syncs but it is a cumbersome process. Otherwise thank you for one if my top 5 (of 800) apps!! Very helpful!

    The latest release now has the ability to backup your data on the server and to restore that backup on new devices. However, we were not able to create a “sync” across devices to our satisfaction (given the app can be used in offline mode, it made syncing a bigger challenge that will require more time and thought before we release it). You can access “backup” now through the draw menu (tap 3 lines icon upper left of main screen) and then tap Help button. The button “Backup Data” will launch a few messages, please read carefully as this is still being refined. Send us more questions if you are unsure how to use it or have suggestions on how we can better design or describe the process :-)

    Thank again for your input and patience, we are listening closely and its impacting our priorities and focus :-)
