We’ve heard from enough people that this is an issue. We’ve started to try to find the issue and have added it as a critical issue to address ASAP. Thank you very much for reporting it. Sorry for the hassles, we deeply appreciate your patience and support!

Custom Pause videos and/or custom reminders is something that we hope to introduce sooner than later. Thanks for suggesting and for the patiences!

I thought it was just me. My pauses keep on going even though I keep resetting it to come on twice a day 2pm & 6. I wasn't sure if I had set it wrong.
I don't understand why the pauses are only 6 days and what happens after day 6. It is starting to put me off using it. Perhaps you could explain.
