    We’re exploring ways to do this better, thanks for the suggestion and for any additional ideas you share on this topic … we added longer practices to the practice section and longer pauses is something else we hope to add sooner than later. Just have to figure out the best way to do it that fits into the moment, please share your thoughts to help us with it :-))

    The breathing rate of the pause is too quick to be relaxing and aid mindfulness. For some beginners I'm sure it's fine, but yes the ability to set your own time to complete 2 breaths would be a huge improvement.
