Mindful quotes throughout the day?
I really enjoyed the mother there's quote, thought it may be helpful to have more quotes sporadically throughout the day as well as reminders? Would be. Good mood booster! Thank you!

Share / backup data across devices
For users signed into the app, please consider sharing data across devices (eg iPad, iPhone).
I cannot access data entered in my iPhone through my iPad, and vice versa. This would be useful. I also wonder if this means all data is stored locally on the device, and could be lost.
36 votesThe latest release now has the ability to backup your data on the server and to restore that backup on new devices. However, we were not able to create a “sync” across devices to our satisfaction (given the app can be used in offline mode, it made syncing a bigger challenge that will require more time and thought before we release it). You can access “backup” now through the draw menu (tap 3 lines icon upper left of main screen) and then tap Help button. The button “Backup Data” will launch a few messages, please read carefully as this is still being refined. Send us more questions if you are unsure how to use it or have suggestions on how we can better design or describe the process :-)

Option to turn off bell
I like the audio clips but would like to change or turn off the sound of the hell and the conclusion of the clips..when I am relaxing and then hear that ding, it is kind of alarming/jolts me rather than letting me feel relaxed

Sync the app between devices
I use the device mainly on my iPhone, and one night I wanted to use it on my iPad but when I logged in none of my iPhone data was transferred to my iPad. Is there any way to sync my progress on all of my devices?

Pause - breathing too fast
I find the pause videos seem quick in terms of the breathing pattern. Does anyone else?
23 votesThe speed of the breathing pattern is something we continue to experiment with so that we can match it to each user’s preference and/or context. We get feedback that it is too fast, too slow and also just right. Kinda like the 3 bears! We’re aiming to be just right for each person … which means adding the ability to speed it up or slow it down based on personal preference and context. If you can tell us how fast your inhales and exhales are, that’d help! And if you think it is different given context, or goal, please include that as well. We think we have a long ways to go to add the features and content needed to really nail this as a personalize experience, and people kindly sharing their personal experience and preference with us helps us get there sooner and more attuned :-)

We have wanted to add multi-sync but have not yet had time to deal with the complexities that offline use of the app creates relating to syncing across devices. We hope to slowly introduce this functionality as we agree it is a good feature to have that we ourselves would like to use too :-)) … in the meantime, we did add the ability to back up your account and to make a copy of it on another device (e.g., if you want to switch devices). You can find this by going to the Menu (tap 3 line icon in upper left of main page), Tapping on Help from the menu buttons, Tapping Backup Data. Then you’d need to carefully follow the directions as it is easy to override newer data with older backups if you are not careful. We hope to improve this process asap. Any feedback on this…

Longer pause videos!
I would like the pause videos to last 1 minute as I find the 15 seconds pauses are never long enough. Or perhaps 30 secs at least?

21 votesWe’re exploring ways to do this better, thanks for the suggestion and for any additional ideas you share on this topic … we added longer practices to the practice section and longer pauses is something else we hope to add sooner than later. Just have to figure out the best way to do it that fits into the moment, please share your thoughts to help us with it :-))

integrate the app with the apple health app.
I've used this app for a long time and it's been life changing. I'd love for it to be able to integrate with the apple health app so I can see the impact it's having on other areas of my life like sleep.

Focus on an achievement each day.
Instead of, or as well as the daily concern, I'd rather focus on something I'd done well each day not something I couldn't do. Concentrate on the positives!

More structured practices beyond 21 days
I'd like to see many more morning practices added beyond the first 21 days. I did very well at making a mindfulness routine up to when I completed the 21 days.
It might be nice to be able to choose how much time we have and then let us choose the practice. Different practices of differing lengths would be good, so we can choose what to do based on the time we have available.

This requires us adding a downloading of more content feature set which we’d want to do right. If you have any suggestions of the types of content or content providers we should work with please include that here too.

We’ve started with silent Pause videos so they can be used in just about any setting … but we’re currently exploring many different types of Pause videos for different situations … so Ambient sound for Pause videos is a great suggestion that we’re now exploring as one of the types. Please keep suggestions like this coming, especially for Pause videos! What would you like and when/how might you use it …

I'd like a variable time meditation alarm option
I like to meditate 10 minutes and I have to use another app for this. Thank you.

More varied audio for nightly reflections
The nightly reflection audio is the same every evening. It gets tediously repetitive after using the app every day. It would be nice if there was more varied was to wind down.

We’re not sure yet of the timeline but we’re in the process of figuring out the technical and content hurdles to add more varied audio for nightly reflections and elsewhere in the ap. Sync between devices
Is there a way to sync this between devices so I can fill this out on my iPad or iPhone and I can see my check ins from either device?

Great idea! We’ve been talking to a few users and are in the design process to make this an option feature to turn on. If you have any additional thoughts on how this would best work for you, please let us know! We’re not sure when this will make it into the live versions, but the process has begun!

Check ins need more "feelings" options...
Either a much longer list of what you might be feeling, or the option to write in your own emotion for how you are feeling.

Implement syncing across devices
I love your mindfulness app- it has been very helpful for a few weeks. I wanted to continue on my iPad but the devices don't sync despite my log in. I don't want to start at day 1 again! This is the only part of the app that isn't great. Thanks!
10 votesThanks for the kind words and input. We’d love to support better sync but we’re not sure when we’ll be able to launch this given we’re a small team. Please note that one work around is to go to the more section (3 lines icon upper left corner), tap on “Help” and then tap on “Lock / Unlock Days”. Then select a day and just fast forward through them. You can catch up where you are then. It is not ideal but one way to do it … thanks for your patience and support :-)

Android Version
I stumbled across your app entirely by accident due to the sheer amount of other mindfulness apps you have to compete with on the App Store. I've enjoyed it enough to delay switching back to Android for almost 2 months now.
I think you should take the plunge and create an Android version. Not simply for my benefit (though I will not hide the fact that being able to finally go leave the walled garden would be nice), but because of the current state of the mindfulness section of the Play store.
